SBA has now made more than $5 million in loans for recent disasters

SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (WNAX) – The Small Business Administration has been actively making loans to people and businesses following the latest disaster declaration in South Dakota.

Spokesperson Cynthia Cowell says they have now made over $5 million in loans for homes and businesses.

She says the loans are available to businesses in counties close to the disaster areas.

Cowell says they have an easy application process.

Cowell says they can make loan decisions fairly fast.

Cowell says the loans are low interest and revolving so people and businesses can spend only what they need.
