MARION, S.D.(WNAX)- School boards in the Marion, Freeman Public and Freeman Academy districts have been talking about a possible sports cooperative.
Marion Superintendent Brad Barens says they have had some initial discussions.
Berens says while no further talks have been scheduled, they are not off the table.
Berens says they are talking only about a sports co-op right now.
