YANKTON, S.D. (WNAX) – School districts across the state are dealing with kids and vaping in one form or another.
Yankton School Superintendent Wayne Kindle says they are seeing the problem, too.
Kindle says they are approaching it through education.
Some districts are starting to use electronics to detect vaping use in restrooms. Kindle says they aren’t going that route, yet.
The Centers for Disease Control says at least 23 deaths so far have been connected to vaping.
