PIERRE, S.D.(KELO)- Attorney General Marty Jackley is celebrating a victory over the Biden Administration on greenhouse gas emissions.

Jackley and 20 of his colleagues challenged mandates from the U-S Department of Transportation for states to establish overreaching targets for CO2 emissions.

Jackley says one thing the rules would have accomplished is hurting the economies of rural states like South Dakota.
