SD Game, Fish, & Park looking back on a busy summer

PIERRE, S.D.(KCCR)- The South Dakota Game, Fish and Parks Department has been busy this year keeping up with projects and has more planned for 2023.  Adam Kulesa is Planning and Development Administrator for the Department and says plans are in the works to continue improvements at Bush’s Landing on the east side of Lake Oahe.

Kulesa says it’s a big job.

Kulesa says they are looking to add handicap accessible fishing piers at Oahe Downstream.  A similar structure has been installed by the Army Corps of Engineers at the Fort Randall Dam.

Kulesa presented the plans before the Game, Fish and Parks Commission last Thursday.
