SOUTH DAKOTA(WNAX)- Triple “A” estimates about one hundred seventy thousand people in South Dakota will be on the road during the Thanksgiving holiday.

Highway Patrol Colonel Rick Miller says drivers need to stay focused on the road in front of them.

Miller says they will have all of their troopers on the road over the long weekend.

Miller says always pay attention to the weather.

The forecast for the week now is for above normal temperatures and little to no precipitation.
