SD House candidate talks about partisanship on the national & state levels

SIOUX FALLS, S.D.(KELO)- Dan Ahlers has been hitting the campaign trail, looking to earn a seat in South Dakota’s House.

He’s finding people are upset over political fighting both at the national and state levels, and voters don’t feel their elected officials are listening to them.

Another thing Ahlers finds unacceptable is the number of South Dakota graduates leaving the state.

Ahlers is looking to represent the recently remapped District 25, covering Moody County, northern Minnehaha County, as well as Humboldt and a portion of northwest Sioux Falls.
