House Majority Leader Kent Peterson of Salem says they are watching the bills pile up.

House Minority Leader Jamie Smith of Sioux Falls says it’s about what he expected so far, including some disappointments.
Smith says democrats deserve to be included in important discussions.

477 bills have been introduced through the end of the initial filing period.
