PIERRE, S.D.(WNAX)- During their special session last week, the South Dakota House voted to set up a select committee to see if there are grounds to impeach Attorney General Jason Ravnsborg.

Representative Marty Overweg of New Holland was one of the ten “no” votes.

Overweg says he will listen to the findings of the committee.

Overweg says legislators have to be careful with the impeachment process.

The select committee could take weeks or months to come up with a recommendation.
