PIERRE, S.D.(WNAX)- South Dakota House Speaker Spencer Gosch has assembled a ten-member committee to oversee the impeachment of Attorney General Jason Ravnsborg.

House Minority Leader Jamie Smith of Sioux Falls says he has been involved in the discussions.

Smith says it could take a few days to set direction.

Smith says democrats will have representation on the committee.

Ravnsborg has been charged with three misdemeanors in connection with him hitting and killing 55-year-old Joe Boever of Highmore last September.

The Articles of Impeachment have been introduced on the House floor and will be heard in the House State Affairs Committee.
