PIERRE, S.D.(WNAX)- South Dakota lawmakers meet in special session Monday to attempt to agree on a new legislative district map. House and Senate committees have come up with their own versions.
Representative Caleb Finck of Tripp says ultimately they have to agree on one map.
Finck says they have some guidelines to follow.
Finck says the Senate map doesn’t fit under the rule.
Finck says he lives on the very edge of his district now and wouldn’t be surprised to find his home in a different one when the final map is approved.
