PIERRE, S.D.(HubCityRadio)- S.D. Legislature’s Marijuana Interim Study Committe heard Wednesday from the author of IM26(Medical Marijuana Amendment).

Melissa Mentele told the committtee the debate is over on IM26.

Mentele told the committee that a prescription will need to be filled out by a doctor.

Mentele wanted to make sure the committee is aware that one life is not more important than another life.
