PIERRE, S.D.(WNAX)- The South Dakota Public Utilities Commission will deal with another grain buyer license suspension at their meeting Wednesday.
The grain buying license of the Roslyn Elevator was suspended in February and the Commission applied to Circuit Court to appoint a receiver due to financial issues.
Commission Chairman Chris Nelson says it takes time to dig through the details.
While there have been several grain dealer license suspensions in the past few months, Nelson says each case is unique.
Nelson says they want to stay in front of these issues.
