FORT PIERRE, S.D.(KWAT)- Commission holds what are expected to be three weeks of meetings on the Summit Carbon Solutions pipeline request.

These hearings come less than a week after the PUC rejected a permit application for a separate pipeline from Navigator CO2.

Nelson says the hearings will be streamed “live”.

Like the Navigator hearings, the Summit hearings are being held at the Casey Tibbs Rodeo Center in Fort Pierre.
