PIERRE, S.D.(HubCityRadio)- At Tuesday’s South Dakota Public Utilities Commission meeting, one of the items on the docket will be the landowners’ request for them to deny Summit Carbons Solutions’ request for the CO2 pipeline the state.

Back at the April 10th meeting, Commissioner Chris Nelson put the request in to do so that day.

The motion was initially denied on a 2-1 vote but later was deferred to Tuesday to allow Summit an opportunity to submit their plans of what’s next for them to the PUC.

The meeting is scheduled to begin at 1:30pm with this being the final item on the agenda.
