VERMILLION, S.D.(WNAX)- The South Dakota Supreme Court is appointing a committee to study the process for admitting attorneys to practice law in the state.

Neil Fulton, Dean of the Knudson School of Law at USD in Vermillion, and a member of the committee says there are more questions about the relevance of the current bar exam process.

Fulton says national standards are also going to be changing.

Fulton says the committee should have some recommendations by late next year.
