SDSU continuing to grow ag program

BROOKINGS, S.D. (WNAX) – Even with construction just starting on a new building, the precision ag program at South Dakota State University continues to grow.

SDSU President Barry Dunn says other universities are rushing to catch up.

Dunn says the program will have its first graduates this spring.

Dunn says they expect to grow the number of students in the major.

The groundbreaking was held last October for the $46 million Raven Precision Agriculture Center on the SDSU campus in Brookings.
