PIERRE, S.D.(HubCityRadio)- The South Dakota Senate Commerce & Energy Committee heard testimony on SB203 on Thursday. The bill increase the minimum age to purchase a lottery ticket.
Prime sponsor of the bill is Senator Michael Rohl of Aberdeen who is looking to raise the age limit from 18 to 21.

The bill passed the committee on a 5-3 vote and will be on the Senate floor Tuesday.
