CANTON, S.D.(WNAX)- Action on the Impeachment of South Dakota Attorney General Jason Ravnsborg now moves to the Senate.

The trial will be held before Senators on June twenty first and second.

Senator Jim Bolin of Canton says they will set the rules for that trial next week.

Bolin, a majority whip, says they have no guidance yet.

Bolin says it’s a difficult situation for everyone involved.

The House voted to impeach Ravnsborg on a bare majority vote of 36 to 31.
