Hunhoff says they want fair and open proceedings.
Hunhoff says she can deliver an unbiased decision.
Senator Art Rusch of Vermillion says the rules are one of a kind.
Rusch, a retired circuit court judge, says Senators will have to make several decisions.

The trial is set to begin on June twenty first. It will take a two thirds vote of the thirty five member Senate to convict the Attorney General.
