ABERDEEN, S.D.(HubCityRadio)- U.S. Senate Majority Leader Senator John Thune spoke at Boy State on Wednesday.  Before fielding questions from the students, he offered some advice for them to take after the week ends.

Thune emphasize the importance of voting.  He talks about the elections he had in 2002 that he lost to Tim Johnson and 2004 when he defeated Tom Dashcle.

Thune talks about taking advantage of the opportunities when they are presented to you.

Thune also told the students to use the skills they have to try to make for a better society.

Senator Thune is a former Boy Stater back in 1978.
