ABERDEEN, S.D.(HubCityRadio)- Senator Mike Rounds addressed the CO2 pipeline hearing that were held for Navigator earlier this month & the upcoming Summit Carbon Solution hearing in September.

Rounds address the way Summit Carbon Solution has been dealing with landowners.

Rounds talks about whether he believes the courts will make a decision regarding setback at the different counties.

Rounds also discuss the court ruling with regards to eminent domain and the issue of the Fifth Amendment of the U.S. Constitution.

South Dakota Farmers Union will be hosting a Farm Forum Saturday addressing the issue of eminent domain vs property rights.  The forum will take place at the Kessler’s Tent beginning at 1pm.
