ABERDEEN, S.D. (Hub City Radio)-
South Dakota Senator Mike Rounds is looking to seek his third term in the U.S. Senate.
This week Rounds was part of a bus tour with Governor Larry Rhoden and South Dakota Attorney General Marty Jackley. Jackley is looking to be the next U.S. House member. Rounds talked about the main purpose of the tour.
One location the tour didn’t go to was the Aberdeen region.
Earlier this week, his opponent Brian Bengs was in Aberdeen and he talked about the corruption in terms of how the U.S. Supreme Court is decided. Rounds responded to that.
Bengs also believed that term limits should be in place for those justices. Rounds offered his thoughts on that.
Rounds talked about one of his goals to try to keep young people in South Dakota in the future.
Election takes place on Tuesday, November 3rd.
