WASHINTON, D.C.(KOTA)- The best-laid plans of mice and men often go astray – and Vladimir Putin is human too.

At least according to South Dakota Senator Mike Rounds.

Further complicating things for Putin, Germany has announced it would send 1,000 antitank weapons and 500 Stinger surface-to-air missiles to the Ukrainians.

Rounds said the perception NATO is acting as a strong, singular unit against Russia is accurate.
