WASHINGTON, D.C.(KOTA)- While Ukraine has been the word of the minute for US Senator Mike Rounds – he says domestic issues are also cause for concern.

Namely a pain we’re all feeling in our wallets – inflation.

Rounds said in this case he can’t help but pin blame one place.

Rounds is particularly concerned with the Biden Administrations energy and fuel priorities.

Rounds was then asked to address his constituents from tribal or environmental backgrounds – groups known for firm opposition to pipeline expansion.

Rounds also expressed concerns about what a potential conflict in Eastern Europe would mean for fuel prices stateside, and advocated for American energy independence.
