WASHINGTON, D.C.(KELO)- It’s a couple of months overdue, but the U-S Senate has given final legislative approval to a new defense spending bill.
The measure will have a major impact on Ellsworth Air Force Base near Rapid City.
The base will become home to the new B-21 Raider Stealth Bomber.
Senator Mike Rounds helped to craft the bill, which also includes a pay raise for military members.
