The impeachment trial of former President Trump continues this week in Washington. House managers presented evidence connecting the former President to the mob attack on the Capitol on January 6th.
South Dakota Senator John Thune says he was impressed with the information so far.
Thune says it was a scary time in the Capitol.
Thune had said before the proceedings began that he was keeping an open mind.
