WASHINGTON, D.C.(KELO)- The Supreme Court ruled it isn’t constitutional…but President Biden is making another push to forgive student loan debt.

The new plan was redesigned to try to put in more solid legal ground.

Senator John Thune objects to the plan, saying it’s wrong to transfer the burden of student loan debt from one group of citizens to another.

The Senator suspects the timing of the move…at the beginning of the election cycle…is a move to buy votes.
