WASHINGTON, D.C.(KMIT)- Donald Trump cruised to easy wins in five Republican presidential primaries on Tuesday.  South Dakota Senator John Thune says he is surprised that Trump is the last Republican candidate standing this early in the process.

Thune says there is a clear choice for American voters this November.

Trump won Republican presidential primaries in Ohio, Arizona, Florida, Kansas, and Illinois this week.
