Service Animal Relief Area opens at Sioux Falls Regional Airport

SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) — Dogs now have a place to go – literally to go – at Sioux Falls Regional Airport.

“For our four-legged friends, we opened a Service Animal Relief Area,” says Airport Manager Dan Letellier.

The Service Animal Relief Area, or doggie bathroom, if you prefer, even has a toy fire hydrant.

Such facilities for service animals and pet companions are required for airports the size of Joe Foss Field.
