SIOUX FALLS, S.D.(KELO)- The City of Sioux Falls says “no thanks” to a million dollar EPA federal grant.
The grant was to have been used to create plans to reduce greenhouse gas emissions.
Mayor Paul TenHaken says the state’s ag industry needs to be considered.
Mayor TenHaken also says the grant requirements would take away from current efforts.
