SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) – Sioux Falls Mayor Paul TenHaken was clearly pained by what he said were local youth participating in violence and looting at the Empire Mall following a peaceful march for George Floyd Sunday evening.

TenHaken said that those individuals should be embarrassed by their behavior.

He says the city has video of many of the lawbreakers and will be identifying them and prosecuting them.
