YANKTON, S.D.(WNAX)- The South Dakota Department of Social Services is planning to change how mental health services are delivered in the state.
Department Secretary Laurie Gill says the Human Services Center in Yankton will stay as the focal point.
Gill says they want to have more services spread across the state.
Gill says they plan to work with partner agencies across the state.
Gill appeared before the Joint Committee on Appropriations and will have more details when the legislature starts budget hearings next month.
