This latest development (concerning POET & Summit coming to agreement) will get things stirring again on Carbon Capture Pipelines.
So far, pipeline opponents have struck out on legislative efforts to stop the lines.
Landowner Joy Hohn of Hartford says one of their biggest hopes is to remove eminent domain powers from the pipeline companies.
The group’s eminent domain bill hasn’t been heard by legislators yet.
