Treasurer for South Dakota Open Primaries, De Knudson talks about how to will likely increase voter turnouts for primaries.

Kirby compare this amendment to the one voters had to choose from in 2016.

The amendment if passed would allow all voters to vote in June primaries regardless of party affiliations.
