PIERRE, S.D.(WNAX)- The South Dakota Senate has joined the South Dakota House in adopting the conference committee report on House Bill 1022.  That bill would help fund design of a new state health laboratory in Pierre.  Senator Jean Hunhoff says appropriators are done with giving money to the project.

The vote to adopt the conference committee report on H-B 1022 was 26 to four.  Five votes were excused from the vote.
