South Dakota Senate unanimously passes Bossly bill

PIERRE, S.D.(HubCityRadio)- The South Dakota Senate on Wednesday heard SB88.  Reminder the bill clarify the procedure for a potential condemnor to examine real property absent the property owner’s permission.

Lapka’s goal is to make this bill follow what the Supreme Court did.

The Senate voted 34-0 in favor of SB88.
