PIERRE, S.D.(WNAX)- South Dakota tech college graduates are in demand and getting paid for their skills.

That was in a report to the South Dakota Board of Technical Education Wednesday.

Assistant Director Scott Deslauriers says they tracked the graduates from last year.

Deslauriers says they also surveyed starting pay for those graduates.

Deslauriers says they also track the return on investment to the state.

Most of the students graduated from two-year programs at the four technical colleges.
