ABERDEEN, S.D.(HubCityRadio)-  Two Aberdeen Central seniors received a tremendous honor from U.S. Senator Mike Rounds.  It might have been the first time this has taken place in the classroom.

Senator Rounds announced that Senior Ethan Fergel will receive a full scholarship to attend the United States Military Academy at West Point, N.Y.

Senator Rounds announced Dustin Hermansen will receive a full scholarship to attend the Air Force Academy near Colorado Springs, C.O.

Senator Rounds offer praise to both students.

Senator Rounds also acknowledge the city of Aberdeen for the care they provide to the students.

Once Ethan & Dustin complete their education at the academies, they will be required to serve five years in the military afterwards.
