FORT PIERRE, S.D.(DRGNews)- Despite having several snow days this winter, the Stanley County School District is still on track to have its last day of classes May 25, 2023.
Superintendent Dan Baldwin says so far, they’ve made up one day.
Stanley County students have a four day week, which Baldwin says has provided some flexibility for making up time on Fridays.
In other district news, Baldwin says they’re moving forward with a multipurpose building.
Baldwin says they’re also working on teacher and staff contracts for the next school year.
