At least not when it comes to beef products.

Attorney General Marty Jackley is leading a bipartisan coalition of Attorneys General to change that.

South Dakota ranchers filed suit after the USDA allowed manufacturers to use the Product of the USA label on foreign-sourced beef products.

The court ruled in favor of the ranchers, but the case is on appeal, where Jackley and his colleagues are supporting their position.
