TRIPP, S.D.(WNAX)- South Dakota legislators didn’t make any progress this year in reforming juvenile justice systems. That now will be a summer study topic.
Representative Caleb Finck of Tripp will chair that committee and says there are some programs that are working.
Finck says he wants the committee to come up with positive changes.
Finck says he will put together the schedule after members are appointed to the committee.
The Executive Board of the legislature will meet next week to fill out the summer study committees.
