Summit Carbon Solution files restraining order request against landowner Jerad Bossly

ABERDEEN, S.D.(HubCityRadio)- Next Wednesday, May 31st, 1:30 p.m. at the Brown Co. courthouse in Aberdeen is the hearing on the restraining order Summit has filed against Brown Co. farmer, Jerad Bossly.  Bossly was accused of threatening to shoot a Summit surveyor.  Bossly was out planting his crops miles away from his home when Summit surveyors opened the door of his house and yelled in.  Bossly’s wife was home at the time.  Then, the Summit surveyors went to his shop and entered his shop.  This was caught on shop video cameras.

The Summit surveyors called the sheriff and reported that Bossly had threatened to shoot them.  Brian Jorde will be representing Bossly.  Bossly’s lawyer & supporters claim the allegations are false.

Bossly talks about this to the Brown County Commission earlier this month.  You can learn more about it at www.hubcityradio.com.
