YANKTON, S.D.(WNAX)- Summit Carbon solutions says they have now reached an important point in easement agreements for the proposed carbon dioxide pipeline route across South Dakota.

Jimmy Powell is their Chief Operating Officer.

Powell says it takes time to reach that many agreements.

Powell says they are narrowing down the exact pipeline route.

The pipeline will deliver liquid carbon dioxide from thirty-two ethanol plants across the northern plains to underground storage in central North Dakota.
