PIERRE, S.D. (WNAX) – A key to keeping South Dakota on a “Back to Normal” path as announced by Governor Kristi Noem is testing.

Health Department Secretary Kim Malsam-Rysdon says all that need a test should get one.

Malsam-Rysdon says the testing plan will continue to change.

Malsam-Rysdon says the testing capacity will continue to increase.

She says multiple labs across the state can now process the tests, but all results are forwarded to her department.
