ABERDEEN, S.D. (Hub City Radio) – The official grand opening of the Burger King restaurant took place in Aberdeen on the corner of 6th Avenue and Dakota Street on Tuesday, March 12th and it could not have been more of a perfect day in terms of the weather to hold such a celebration!

The citizens of Aberdeen were invited to come down and experience the new Burger King during their official opening from 2-4 p.m. on Tuesday afternoon, where people were greeted by the smiling faces of the new owners and given a chance to spin their prize wheel for free food and other gifts. There was also plenty of fun stuff for the kiddos as free ice cream, a bouncy house, and the Hub City Radio boom box were all a part of the afternoon festivities. The Aberdeen Chamber of Commerce made an appearance as well and took part in the ribbon cutting ceremony to begin the event!

The new owners of Burger King welcome everyone back to the Aberdeen location as they have hired a BRAND-NEW team of over 50 employees who are ready to provide great service and of course tasty food to patrons via their convenient drive thru lane, or if preferred, the lobby is available to the public everyday as well.
