With the Brown County Fair rapidly approaching, one aspect of the event can get overlooked these days, but 4H Educator Becca Tullar says the relationship the BCF and 4H has is as strong as ever.

4H has evolved over the years, and one way is the creativity and different avenues members have to express creativity.

Tullar said she believes that 4H helps make more well rounded adults and hears so from employers, businesses and schools.
