HURON, S.D.(KOKK)- The DEX (Dakota Events Complex) has not been open for a year yet and the first”s continue.  The grand opening event of the DEX as a host site for concerts will be coming up this spring.  Candi Briley with the South Dakota State Fair had the announcement.

The Thomas Rhett concert will follow the week after Wheel Jam.  Briley said tickets will go on sale next week.

The DEX has hosted banquets and rodeo since opening.  A PRCA Rodeo was held the first weekend in March.
