U.S. Sen. John Thune will be in Ipswich, Faulkton and Mellette Wednesday, according to a news release from his office.

Thune will begin in Ipswich with a 10 a.m. tour of the Tiger Post after school program, 309 Seventh St., followed by a meeting with community leaders at 10:15 a.m. at Sylte Farms Corporate Office, 907 Fifth Ave.

From there he’ll go to Faulkton High School at noon and Northwestern High School in Mellette at 1:45 p.m., according to the release.
