Thune, Johnson to host telephone town halls

WASHINGTON, D.C. (Press Release) – U.S. Senator John Thune and U.S. Representative Dusty Johnson will both host telephone town halls to discuss the most recent COVID-19 developments.

Thune’s will be this evening and Johnson’s will take place on Thursday.

Here are the details on each:

U.S. Sen. John Thune (R-S.D.) will host a live tele-town hall tonight, April 22, to discuss the federal government’s COVID-19 response. Thune will provide a brief update before answering questions from South Dakotans, whom he invites to participate in tomorrow’s call.

Commissioner Steve Westra from the Governor’s Office of Economic Development will join to discuss state efforts.
